Such a daily practice is one of the many tools that we strongly encourage you to adopt now. This and many other beneficial and daily routines will serve you well for the rest of your life. This habitual logging may seem mundane now (much like how it felt when at first you brushed your teeth after each meal), but it is so very important to maintaining a great quality of life and an awareness thereof (much like keeping your original teeth later in life.)
